hey, what is the word on hotel and registration and what not? Donnie, did the school say it's covered? Umm yea, so my friend from chicago is coming down
and will be providing the second car, so we are set on rides. Another friend of mine is from ISU is joining as well. She is a photography major and will be
taking an obscene amount of pictures. Since we dont have matching jerseys, we should decide on makeshift ones we can make at home. Im probably just going to
buy a black long sleeve and putting a few iron-on numbers and letters on the back. then putting a pink unicorn riding a lightning bolt on the front. hahhah.

There are requirements for the jerseys. One major one is having the NCPA logo on the sleeves. A cheap way to get them made it talk to Attitude Designs and get
some shirts screen printed. I haven't had a chance to talk to the school about hotels. Doing that tomorrow.

I have already paid for the entry fee for Nationals. I am currently working with the Sports Club to use their credit card to pay for the hotel. I know you all
are anxious about the hotel room. I will let you know as soon as I do about it. I am working to make this as cheap as I can for the line.
If anyone talks to or know how to get a hold of Thomas Wauchop please let me know. I emailed him the form he needs to fill out but I haven't heard back. I need that form and his APPA # ASAP. Also make sure you all have your profile and a picture on APPA. That is good for one of the $100 waivers. As soon as I get the ISU write up from Pat I will get the newspaper article going for Nationals. If the line needs anything else from me let me know and I will see what I can do.

Thanks Donnie. ummm about tom, i can message him on facebook about it and I'll get his number then as well.
As far as rides go: The only other car we could get is my friend jessicas. and that was in return for a free trip to florida. So she'll be driving her 4 door Suzuki. hahh. umm and my friend from ISU wants to come and photograph for us for free as long as she doesnt have to pay for gas. So we have 7 going TO florida and 8 coming back. so yea, I'll be in the suzuki with the two girls. so we can do whatever with that. When does everyone want to leave? since only pat and dan go on the boards from our line who is driving, i suppose i could just call and ask. but I would like to leave thursday night sometime so we dont have to deal with traffic nonsense and other avoidable inconveniences. So that's the plans so far to my knowledge. And if anyone wants to practice, pat suggested heading over to xtreme saturday. |

We could do a quick meeting on Tues of next week to make sure everyone is on the same page. Also if you want letter to prove to your teachers that its actually
a sports club event I can try to get those done. It does not require them to excuse you but it does show that it is a legit event. I need the teacher's
name and class name ASAP. They perfer several weeks notice but I can see what i can do if you get me them by friday.
If your friend from ISU can't make it I can look into using some club money, if we have any left after this event, to pay for a photographer down there.

The hotel is booked for the Days Inn. Since I felt sorry for you all trying to cram 8+ people in one room I got 2 hotel rooms booked.
I need the following information from the people who are driving: Car Owner Phone # Car Make Car Model License # Proof of Insurance I also need just a rough idea of who is riding in each car and staying in each room. I need this by Monday. I have a meeting to finalize all the paperwork.
